Jennifer Johnston

Jennifer has over 15 years’ experience helping healthcare organizations develop sound strategy, design innovative programs and successfully execute strategic initiatives in order to deliver results. Her experience in business consulting, change leadership, outcomes evaluation, project execution and program management within an integrated healthcare delivery system informs her approach in the design of solutions to improve cost, quality and health outcomes. Jennifer is passionate making the ‘right’ thing to do for the patient the ‘right’ business decision.

Jennifer holds a Masters of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University and Arts Bachelaureate in Psychology form University of Califrnia, Berkeley. In addition to advanced training in project management and six sigma process improvement, Jennifer is experienced with the IDEO methodology of human-centered design.
