Tammi S. Wheeler

Tammi Wheeler is an executive and leadership coach, facilitator and organizational consultant with over 20 years’ experience building people strategies to achieve business results in healthcare, high technology, manufacturing, retail, natural resources, government, financial services, and higher education. In addition to working with Compelling Reason, as Principal of PeopleSense, LLC, Tammi supports small start-ups and large companies, including Nike and Intel Corp. where she spent ten years as a global HR leader. Tammi also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Portland State University in the MBA program and the HR and Six Sigma Certification programs.

​Tammi earned a Masters of Arts in Whole Systems Design/Organizational Development from Antioch University, and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. She is a certified coach of the Neuroleadership Group and is also certified to administer assessments and training programs including the Hogan Leadership Suite, DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Facet Five, Clark-Wilson 360 Assessments, Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Achieve Global.
