Stephen Ashbrook

Senior Consultant

Stephen Ashbrook, PMP, enjoys the professional consulting roles of framing client objectives, coordinating client facing team work, and employing the tools of analysis, problem solving, and project and change management.  With deep experience in technology transformation, Stephen has provided guidance to companies ranging from Fortune 50 to small businesses to implement technology strategies incorporating industry best practices.

Stephen earned a Master of Management degree from Harvard University and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  He has managed large scale enterprise level projects in health care, government, energy, entertainment, manufacturing, and other industries.  In addition to working with Compelling Reason, Stephen is a Principal Consultant with 11 Technology Consulting.  An active volunteer with local and national not-for-profits, Stephen consults with the Community Partners program of the Harvard Business School Association of Oregon, assisting local non-for-profit enterprises to improve their operations.
